Inquiries and confirmation
Sending the form, WhatsApp message or email is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking or purchase with a payment obligation. A session is arranged only after explicit confirmation by the provider. No live availability is displayed.
Services and pricing
The separate price list shows services, durations, packages and applicable prices. The initial fitness assessment is included without extra charge in 8- or 12-session private (1:1) and partner (2:1) training packages; a standalone assessment costs €45. For single sessions it is arranged separately when necessary.
Packages and appointments
Standard personal and small-group packages are prepaid and valid for 40 days after the first completed session. Cancellations or changes require at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations or no-shows count as used sessions unless otherwise agreed under applicable rules. Temporary suspension may be arranged in case of illness or injury.
Outdoor programmes
Active Camp and other programmes depend on the agreed offer and confirmed schedule. Accommodation, transfers and gastronomy experiences can be arranged directly with external providers if needed. Sauna and cold-water activities are not automatically part of every programme.
Payments and invoices
There is no online payment on this website. Payment terms are confirmed directly before delivery of the service, and invoices are issued according to applicable law. An inquiry alone does not create a payment obligation.
Consumer rights
Applicable statutory rights for distance contracts remain unaffected. Withdrawal rights and exceptions depend on the service type, date and performance conditions under the relevant law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Written complaints
Submit written complaints to rauchkristian@gmail.com or by post to Pavlenski put 3, Zagreb, Croatia, labelled “Written complaint”. Receipt is acknowledged without delay and a written response is provided within 15 days of receipt. A record of written complaints is retained for one year from receipt.
